Our consulting services for the Qaisar-Laman Road Project (82KM – Section I & II) successfully ensured seamless execution, compliance, and quality assurance, providing expert support to the Ministry of Public Works (MoPW), and the Asian Development Bank. With a focus on efficiency and excellence, we assisted in the timely and effective implementation of the project by administering and supervising civil works contracts in accordance with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (Multilateral Development Bank Harmonized Edition, June 2010) and project-specific conditions. We ensured that all aspects of construction aligned with the approved engineering designs, specifications, environmental and social safeguards, and security plans while closely monitoring contractors' schedules to maintain project timelines and milestones.

Our expertise covered multiple key areas, including contract and document reviews, evaluating designs, drawings, and technical documents to guarantee accuracy and feasibility. We developed a construction supervision manual and implemented a comprehensive quality assurance plan to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
