The Scope
The project was aimed to provide design and construction supervision services for construction of Noi Bai - Lao Cai Highway. The services included supervision of construction works, material and workmanship quality control, documentation, road safety audit, environment management, land acquisition and resettlement planning, procurement support, training and capacity building, project performance monitoring and evaluation, and financial management.
Our Role
Our multidisciplinary team of Highway Engineers, Bridge Engineers and Environment & Social Safeguard Experts worked to supervise the construction work. Our scope of work included review of designs, supervision and quality control for contraction of bridges and cross drainage structures, environmental management services including implementation of EMPs, Monitoring and Evaluation, implementation of social and resettlement activities in the project, and reporting as per ADB requirements.
