The overall objective of consulting assignment is to support GWCL in undertaking key activities ultimately seeking to improve water services delivery in LICs, and also develop and implement replicable service delivery models by providing Technical Assistance to the Project Implementation Unit on all LICSU activities to ensure that the company is able to effectively manage service delivery to these communities.
