The objective of the consulting assignment is to carry out detailed design review of the water and sewerage infrastructure under the ISTWSSP, assisting in tendering and procurements, and supervision of program implementation. The scope is divided in two phases:
Phase I: Review of the existing project designs and re-design, prepare detailed design to cover the 4 towns and, tender documents, procurement process including institutional capacity building.
Phase II: Supervision of the proposed and designed construction works (including capacity building and procurements).
