The objective of the assignment is to fully design and functionalize the PSNP Program Specific MIS. The MIS shall be designed in a manner that allows it to link to the Central SPMIS and NHR System. Ideally, it will fit with and link to other databases of MoANR, MoLSA and other Government as required.
