The overall objective of the assignment is to support the Project Management Unit in enhancing monitoring, analytics, and information systems to strengthen the database and institutional framework. It comprises management and operation services to promote the integrated advantages of the Mekong Delta, improve capacity in climate change and bad weather resilience and risk mitigation to contribute to improve living standard for local people and sustainable development in compliance with current requirements of the WB and existing regulations of the Government of Vietnam.
