The objective of this consultancy assignment is to improve the institutional, regulatory, and financial environment of Hue to pilot disaster insurance as one means to respond to extreme weather events. The assignment includes four outputs:
i) Disaster insurance feasibility assessment;
ii) Public asset mapping and analysis;
iii) Disaster insurance cover and structure; and
iv) Capacity development and knowledge dissemination.
