The objective of the current consulting assignment is to assist the DART to secure the necessary investments and procure the services of high-quality service providers at the lowest possible cost and best value to the government and the system users; achieve affordable user fares; explore and agree upon the appropriate guarantees to the investors provided by the Ministry of Finance; and suggest appropriate arrangements for the participation of the affected Daladalas operators.
